I originally was going to run this challenge in the summer but I realized most people are already motivated by the idea of having to put on a swimsuit in public! As I tossed the idea around in my head I came to the conclusion that a Fall Challenge would be the best thing I could offer. This would prepare you for the onslaught of Holiday fun that will no doubt be headed your way!

This is a 3-week lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement program. Instead of having teams compete, this is an individual event where you will focus on you.

There will be a Body Fat (BF) measurement at the beginning and end of the challenge. This test will let you identify what lifestyle changes you need to make to get maximum results during your 3 weeks.
You can get started with your BF measurement starting the weekend of September 27, 2014 or the week of September 29th – October 4th, 2014. Once you sign up, one of our coaches will be in touch to help get you set up.

To be honest, this will be a difficult program. You will need to cut coffee, alcohol, and junk foods that are keeping you unhealthy. That being said, the results – how you look and feel – will be worth the effort. You can expect to look and feel the best you have in years – decades even – in only 3 weeks.

When you sign up, you’ll receive an email confirming your details. Just respond to that e-mail and let us know any special considerations you may have so we can plan accordingly.
You mentioned a customized supplement program. Is that included?
We’ll give you information on what your ideal supplement program is, but the actual supplements will be additional.
